棚板在運(yùn)輸和儲存時，就保持直立置放禁止疊放．在任何情況下應(yīng)保持棚板干燥．
本廠棚板表面噴涂的白色涂料經(jīng)燒結(jié)后，正?？墒褂茫常秱€月，如表面白色涂料需更換，可使用本廠調(diào)配的涂料，在噴涂前盡可能將舊涂料面清除干凈后，再以噴槍噴刷施工，厚度為０．４－０．６ｍｍ為宜．
噴涂施工后的棚板，待其完全干燥后，方可使用．
坯體置于棚板上，需特別注意坯體需完全干燥，產(chǎn)品底部接觸棚板部分，就將釉料擦拭干凈，以免粘瓷．
臺車裝載時，耐火柱宜保持一直線，以免因支撐點(diǎn)不同，而影響棚板的壽命．
臺車裝載時棚板與棚板之間的距離，視坯體高度給予保留適當(dāng)空隙，１０－２０ｍｍ為宜，坯與坯之間也需保留適當(dāng)間隙，不可擠在一起或集中在某處，使窯內(nèi)燃燒的火焰及空氣對流更加順暢．
棚板正常使用時切忌急速冷及急速熱升溫，以免棚板龜裂，因此在燒成時間及溫度的設(shè)定應(yīng)特別注意．
